Duration: 4 Months with high possibility of conversion
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support a fast-paced engineering and supply chain organization. This role will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and managing a broad range of commercial agreements while partnering closely with business, engineering, procurement, supply chain, and legal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing high volumes of contracts and projects independently, with a background in manufacturing, hardware, robotics, automation, aerospace, automotive, or other hardware-intensive industries.

Key Responsibilities
Contract Management & Negotiation
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, including:
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Purchase Agreements
- Supply Agreements
- Licensing Agreements
- Amendments and Change Orders
- Work Orders
- Ensure contractual terms align with business objectives while mitigating commercial and operational risks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and legal counsel throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to support supplier onboarding, sourcing initiatives, and contract execution.
- Assist stakeholders in resolving commercial, sourcing, and supplier-related issues.
- Support purchasing and vendor management activities related to hardware, manufacturing, and engineering operations.
- Track supplier obligations, contract milestones, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, internal business partners, engineering teams, and procurement stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of contractual obligations.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual commitments.
- Coordinate escalations and issue resolution as needed.
- Develop and maintain mechanisms for tracking contracts, deliverables, milestones, and renewal dates.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Identify process improvements to enhance contract management efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contract records.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Contract Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, or a related field.
- Strong experience drafting, negotiating, and managing:
- NDAs
- MSAs
- SOWs
- Purchase Agreements
- Supply Agreements
- Commercial Contracts
- Ability to manage a high volume of contracts and projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with confidential commercial, pricing, and supplier information.
- Experience within manufacturing, robotics, automation, aerospace, automotive, or other hardware-focused industries.
- Understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and strategic sourcing.
- Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or hardware development organizations.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, procurement platforms, or supplier management tools.
- JD, Paralegal Certification, or related legal training is a plus.
