Job Description
Our client is looking for a CSAT COE Analyst to join their team and help drive customer experience excellence through data-driven insights.
Role Overview
As a CSAT COE Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the Monetization organization by helping ensure customer satisfaction data is accurately managed, tracked, and reported. You'll maintain high-quality documentation and system records, support operational processes, and help the team turn customer feedback into meaningful insights that drive continuous improvement.
Administrative Support and Data Management
? Perform routine administrative audits of Tableau and ServiceNow dashboards to ensure data integrity and coordinate with Business Intelligence teams for updates.
? Deliver weekly CSAT reporting to leadership
? Manage ServiceNow record tracking to ensure administrative completeness for all CSAT records
? Draft and track legal documentation and stakeholder follow-ups to support CSAT resolution operationalization
? Support the timely execution of the CSAT COE Transformation initiative.
Content and Repository Administration
? Track task completion during new service rollouts and manage the regular update cycle of the repository under a structured governance model.
? Monitor formatting and naming convention standards across all collateral to maintain uniform quality.
