Job Description

Title: AI Productivity Analyst, Data Analytics (Data Analyst 4)
Duration: 7 Months
Location: Remote

Overview:
We are accelerating how teams use AI-native and AI-augmented tools to improve productivity, product outcomes, and operational decision-making across our platform organization. As adoption grows, we need a clearer, more rigorous understanding of what is working, where AI tooling is creating measurable value, and how those insights should inform future investment and product direction.

The AI Productivity Analyst will help define, measure, and communicate the success of AI tooling initiatives. This role will partner closely with product, engineering, strategy, and finance stakeholders to build trusted metrics, bring together disparate data sources, uncover usage and adoption patterns, evaluate impact, and translate complex data into clear recommendations that help teams scale the right AI capabilities and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product managers, engineering leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to define business questions, success metrics, and analytical approaches for AI tooling, platform productivity, and emerging technology initiatives.
  • Use analytical skills to derive actionable insights from large and complex datasets and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Monitor KPIs and platform outcomes across AI-enabled initiatives, providing regular insights into performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze large datasets to understand how customers and internal teams use AI-enabled capabilities, identify friction points, and surface opportunities to improve product experiences and strategic investment decisions.
  • Create impactful data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Apply statistical analysis, experimentation, forecasting, and modeling techniques to evaluate initiative impact, predict outcomes, and guide data-driven prioritization.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through best practices in data collection, cleaning, and analysis. Identify and resolve data discrepancies as needed.
  • Build and maintain scalable analytics solutions that support decision-making and business growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, analytics, or a related field, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to enhance productivity and automate analytical workflows.
  • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
  • Experience with data warehouse and ELT technologies such as Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, or similar platforms.
  • Experience designing and maintaining scalable analytics data models, semantic layers, and governed datasets that enable trusted self-service reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to work independently on complex datasets.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods, experimentation frameworks, forecasting, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and support strategic business initiatives through data-driven recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working within a SaaS company, platform engineering organization, or technology-focused environment.
  • Experience measuring productivity, operational efficiency, or AI adoption initiatives.
  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience supporting executive decision-making through advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions.
