Seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to act as the technical authority for a leading Life Sciences customer engagement. The role involves driving end-to-end architecture, leading cross-functional engineering teams, governing technical decisions, and partnering directly with customer stakeholders.

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to act as the technical authority for a leading Life Sciences customer engagement. The role involves driving end-to-end architecture, leading cross-functional engineering teams, governing technical decisions, and partnering directly with customer stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own device stabilization architecture using Yocto, systemd, and hardware watchdogs.
- Drive modernization initiatives, including migration from Java/ActiveMQ to ZeroMQ or D-Bus.
- Chair architecture reviews and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
- Review and approve designs across Embedded, .NET, Cloud, and DevOps workstreams.
- Partner with customer technical teams and manage critical technical escalations.
- Embedded Linux: Yocto, Kernel-level Linux, systemd
- Messaging: MQTT, ZeroMQ, D-Bus, ActiveMQ
- Development: ASP.NET Core Microservices, REST APIs
- Architecture: Containerized services, Solution Architecture, Technical Leadership
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
