Job Description

Title: Specialist II-IC Business Analysis - Program Manager
Duration: 12 months (Possibility of Extension)
Working hours: Mon – Fri from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Working Location: Toronto, ON M5B 2L7
 
Role Mandate:
  • Seeking a Program Manager – Broadridge Delivery & Governance to ensure the bank’s interests are effectively represented and delivered across all Broadridge-led initiatives.
  • This role will drive accountability, transparency, and execution across projects, changes, and defect remediation, while proactively managing risks, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
  • Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to resolve operational challenges promptly.
 
Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Champion Bank’s Priorities
  • Act as the primary owner, ensuring the bank’s priorities, requirements, and timelines are clearly represented, understood, and delivered by Broadridge.
Strengthen Vendor Governance & Accountability
  • Proactively manage and escalate Broadridge service delivery issues, ensuring timely resolution and preventing recurrence.
  • Hold the vendor accountable to committed deliverables, milestones, and SLAs.
Drive Program Oversight & Execution
  • Oversee delivery of Broadridge-related projects, enhancements, and defect fixes.
  • Ensure committed dates are met, and risks/issues are actively managed with clear mitigation plans.
  • Monitor execution health and intervene early to address slippage or misalignment.
Centralized Tracking & Reporting
  • Maintain a consolidated view of the bank-related Broadridge initiatives, including projects, changes, and production issues.
  • Provide clear, concise, and regular status reporting to leadership, highlighting risks, delays, and required decisions.
Escalation & Incident Management
  • Identify, manage, and escalate issues effectively across both banks’ and Broadridge leadership.
  • Drive resolution of critical blockers impacting delivery timelines or business outcomes.
  • Work with Broadridge to identify and analyze malfunctions, system workflow, and troubleshoot issues raised by the business.
  • Fulfils KMPG audit requests for incident management
Act as banks’–Broadridge Bridge
  • Serve as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and Broadridge SMEs.
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication and alignment across all parties.
  • Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the liaison, business, and vendor teams
  • Take ownership of stakeholder concerns, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
  • Foster trust through transparency, responsiveness, and delivery consistency
Innovation & Tooling Enablement
  • Leverage tools (e.g., AI/Copilot, Jira, reporting platforms) to improve tracking, automation, and reporting efficiency
  • Introduce scalable practices that enhance visibility and execution discipline
Problem Solving & Analytical Leadership
  • Diagnose and resolve complex, ambiguous issues using problem-solving approaches
  • Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Advise and provide input to leadership on Broadridge-related questions

Must-Have Skills:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong program management, vendor governance, and delivery oversight experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and escalation management skills
  • Proven ability to operate independently in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new skills/pivot when necessary
  • Flexibility with regard to taking on ad hoc tasks
