Job Title: Oracle OPM Functional Lead
Duration: 4 months with potential for extension
Location: Remote
 
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle OPM Functional Lead with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2, specifically within Process Manufacturing (OPM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
The candidate will lead end-to-end functional delivery, work closely with business stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle OPM solutions in a pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary functional lead and single point of contact (SPOC) for Oracle OPM and Order Management streams
• Drive requirement gathering sessions, perform fit-gap analysis, and lead FDD documentation and sign-off
• Lead solution design and configuration for Oracle OPM and SCM modules
• Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including:
? System Integration Testing (SIT)
? User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
? Go-live readiness
• Coordinate onshore–offshore teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Provide functional support, including defect analysis, issue resolution, and hypercare support post go-live

Required Skills
• Strong expertise in Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 (OPM + SCM modules)
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing domain

Additional Skills
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing/ALM tools

Additional Notes
Role requires close collaboration with business and technical teams in a hybrid delivery environment
Ideal candidate will have experience working in large enterprise Oracle EBS implementations within regulated industries such as life sciences
