Title: Senior Software Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership in both backend and frontend development while driving modern engineering practices, platform initiatives, and GenAI integration.

Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on technical guidance in:
Java (Backend)
React (Frontend)
Design and develop scalable microservices, APIs, and micro-frontend architectures
Lead platform engineering initiatives, including internal developer platforms (IDP) for reusable services and developer self-service
Implement enterprise integrations using:
API-based integrations
Event-driven architectures
Build and maintain scalable, resilient distributed systems aligned with enterprise standards
Drive integration of GenAI capabilities, including:
AI-assisted development tools
Agent-based frameworks
Proper governance and guardrails
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements across SDLC workflows

Required Qualifications
Minimum 12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
Strong expertise in:
Java 17
Spring Boot-based microservices development
Solid experience with React (frontend development)
Proven experience building and integrating distributed systems and APIs
Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies and MCP (Model Context Protocol) development

Preferred Skills
Experience with platform engineering / IDP initiatives
Familiarity with AI governance frameworks
Strong understanding of enterprise security and compliance standards
