Job Description
Title: IT - Delivery and Release Manager
Location: Memphis, TN or Dallas, TX preferred. Could also be remote.
Duration: 12 months
Expect 2 rounds of interviews.
From smartphone capabilities like Digital Key to client's Connected Room that allow for integrated entertainment, temperature, and lighting controls, Clinet’s Global Technology team is responsible for creating the hospitality experience of the future – for our guests, owners, and Team Members. Through innovative technology development and deployment, this team ensures Client has the technology needed to support our continued global growth while remaining at the forefront of hospitality technology innovation.
What will I be doing?
You will successfully plan, implement, and deliver initiatives across Core Renovation, Technology, and other strategic internal partners. You will be responsible for the entire delivery process for assigned teams and platforms. You will establish trust and build positive partnerships with your peers in the organization, own software delivery and releases, and influence process and workflow improvements.

What will I be doing?
You will successfully plan, implement, and deliver initiatives across Core Renovation, Technology, and other strategic internal partners. You will be responsible for the entire delivery process for assigned teams and platforms. You will establish trust and build positive partnerships with your peers in the organization, own software delivery and releases, and influence process and workflow improvements.
More specifically, you will:
- Follow an Agile delivery methodology for consistent delivery of projects and deliverables
- Plan, schedule, and manage end-to-end release schedules and activities Collaborate with partner teams and steak holders to align on delivery schedules and timelines
- Collaborate with partner teams and steak holders to align on delivery schedules and timelines
- Coordinate with Architecture, QA, DevOps and operations for release execution and implementation
- Conduct release retrospectives and RCA’s and track progress
- Maintain release calendars and communicate timelines, risks, and status updates
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact release quality or timelines
- Participate in broader Software Engineering activities including but not limited to process definition and improvement, reporting, interviewing, training, staffing, demand intake, estimation, initiation, planning, etc.
- Maintain delivery data in tools (Jira, Confluence, Teams, etc.)
- Update release and services artifacts post release
- Manage workflow, ensure the quality of work, and streamline departmental procedures where applicable
Minimum Qualifications
To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in Release and Delivery management role using Agile methodology
- 3+ years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field
- Experience with conducting Release Retrospective, RCAs and tracking progress on resolution.
- Experience with updating Services and Release documentation.
- Travel 10% of the time as required
- Available to work on global projects across multiple offices or remote locations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Skills and Tools:
- Jira, Confluence
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Stash, GitLab etc)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices
