Job Title – Java Node FSE Lead Developer

Job Description:
Top skills required for this role:

• Strong programming experience in Java and Javascript (required)
• Java, Spring Boot, jQuery, Angular/React, SQL / Mongo DB
• Experience building cloud?native, microservices?based backend systems using APIs, event?driven architectures, and workflow automation

 
Required Technical Skills:

• Strong hands on experience in Java backend development using Core Java, Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot for enterprise applications
• Strong Tech lead experience, experience leading POD teams across locations in multiple time zones including offshore teams.
• Proven experience mentoring team members, troubleshooting and resolving issues faced by team.
• Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
• Proven experience building SPA applications using Angular or React JS
• Proven experience handling front end applications using HTML, jQuery, CSS.
• Hands on experience with AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatch
• Experience with SQL DBs like DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Aurora DB
• Experience with No SQL database like Mongo DB, Document DB
• Experience with Hibernate, JPA for ORM framework and communication with Database
• Experience with AI agents using Windsurf, Co-pilot AI for faster development lifecycle.

 
Conceptual & Enterprise Skills:

• Strong understanding of backend system design, microservices architecture, scalability, and high availability patterns.
• Ability to translate business requirements into well designed, secure, and scalable backend APIs and services.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to debug production issues and perform RCA
• Experience collaborating with cross functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Architects)
• Experience understanding custom AI Agents, Automating using AI Agents.

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying Java Spring Boot backend and Javascript based front end applications in production AWS environments
• Exposure to Docker / containerization and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AWS Code Pipeline)
• Experience with messaging/event driven systems (SNS, SQS, Kafka – preferred)
• Familiarity with security concepts such as OAuth2, JWT, and IAM best practices
• Experience with using Windsurf for automating recurring processes building MCPs in windsurf/cursor/Claud Code IDE.
