Summary:
We are seeking an experienced LMS Implementation Lead to drive the successful deployment of a new Learning Management System (Docebo) in partnership with our external implementation partners for a launch date of November 2026. This role is highly execution-focused, responsible for leading the end-to-end deployment effort, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and delivering a high-quality, on-time implementation.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in LMS implementations, strong project leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configuration and rollout plans.
Experience with 21 CFR Part 11–validated environments is desired.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise with Saba, Docebo, or both, and has a strong track record of leading LMS/LXP implementations and managing validated systems.
This is a high-impact, execution focused contract position designed to maintain stability, support the team, and keep critical initiatives moving forward during a leadership transition.

- Open to a temp-to-perm opportunity to lead the LMS team within HR Technology for the right candidate.
- Deployment Leadership
- Lead the LMS implementation from deployment through go-live, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met (partnering with 3rd party implementation partners)
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for the implementation partner(s)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution
- Partner closely with LMS implementation consultants to ensure quality delivery and adherence to scope
- Hold vendors accountable to timelines, deliverables, and SLAs
- Escalate and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays
- Oversee system configuration, testing, and validation activities
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and LMS capabilities
- Support data migration, integrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support change management and adoption strategies
- Ensure readiness for go-live, including communications, training plans, and support structures
- Drive issue triage and resolution during the hypercare period
- 5+ years of experience in learning technology, digital learning, or HR technology role with experience leading LMS implementations or similar enterprise system deployments
- Hands-on expertise with Saba and/or Docebo; experience with both strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a 21 CFR Part 11–validated environment, including system validation and audit readiness.
- Proven ability to lead LMS/LXP implementations, migrations, or major upgrades.
- Strong understanding of learning ecosystem integrations, including HRIS, SSO, and content providers.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to quickly assess and stabilize in-flight work.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with additional learning tools (e.g., Degreed, Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SCORM/xAPI tools).
- Background in change management and validated system lifecycle management.
- Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices.
- Ability to quickly adapt, diagnose issues, and implement short?term solutions.
- LMS Implementation experience.
- Bachelor’s but HM would review experience over degree first.
