Job Title – Java Node FSE Lead Developer
Location – Hybrid (Woodland Hills, CA, Atlanta, GA; Richmond, VA) Possibility for remote.

Top Skills:

• Strong programming experience in Java and Python (required)
• Java, Spring Boot, Python, Angular/React, SQL / Mongo DB
• Experience building cloud native, microservices based backend systems using APIs, event driven architectures, and workflow automation

 
Required Qualifications:
Technical Skills:

• Strong hands on experience in Java backend development using Spring Boot for enterprise applications
• Strong Tech lead experience, experience leading POD teams across locations in multiple time zones including offshore teams.
• Proven experience mentoring team members, troubleshooting and resolving issues faced by team.
• Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
• Proven experience building SPA applications using Angular or React JS
• Hands on experience with AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatch
• Experience with SQL/No SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or Aurora)
• Experience with AI agents using Windsurf, Co-pilot AI for faster development lifecycle.

 
Conceptual & Enterprise Skills:

• Strong understanding of backend system design, microservices architecture, scalability, and high availability patterns
• Ability to translate business requirements into well designed, secure, and scalable backend APIs and services
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to debug production issues and perform RCA
• Experience collaborating with cross functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Architects)
• Experience understanding custom AI Agents, Automating using AI Agents.

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying Java Spring Boot and Node JS backend applications in production AWS environments
• Strong hands on experience in Node Js in backend development for services, APIs, and automation using Express JS, Next JS
• Exposure to Docker / containerization and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AWS Code Pipeline)
• Experience with messaging/event driven systems (SNS, SQS, Kafka – preferred)
• Familiarity with security concepts such as OAuth2, JWT, and IAM best practices

• Experience with using Windsurf for automating recurring processes building MCPs in windsurf.

Quality & Collaboration:

• Ensure code quality through unit testing (JUnit, Mockito), code reviews, and static analysis tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across the full stack.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture and design discussions
