Work You'll Do/Responsibilities

Understand data management techniques and the various implementation styles that are utilized across the industry.
Perform data management activities with a focus on store, customer, supplier, product, reference data, and other data domains that include master data.
Experience with an industry-accredited tool used for medium to large scale master data implementation.
Develop quantitative models using fuzzy/probabilistic algorithm-based features to derive "golden" records from enterprise master datasets efficiently.
Experience in implementing a data stewardship framework to determine optimized stewardship processes.
Perform technical risk analysis and reliability assessments.
Conduct multiple forms of advanced analyses, sustainment, optimization, text analytics, machine learning, as well as parametric and non-parametric statistical models and techniques.
Build, test, validate, and demonstrate analytical models through various relevant error metrics and calibration techniques.
Deploy models into production.

Yum D&T (Digital & Technology) India, is looking for a seasoned Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) Architect. This position involves architecting and implementing MDM data solutions using Informatica MDM while collaborating with IT teams and business stakeholders. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data migration that meets the evolving needs of our data teams and system needs and supports current existing production processes. Individual will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of Informatica MDM suite, including configuring and maintaining the system, and owning the administrative function. In addition to MDM functions, individuals will provide oversight to Data Governance and Data Quality. Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
7+ years of full-time experience with ETL / MDM tools and processes
7+ years of experience in Informatica MDM 10.x versions with development skills in ETL with IICS/IDQ
3+ years of experience in multiple areas of MDM implementations including Data Profiling, metadata acquisition, data migration, validation, reject processing and pre-landing processing
3+ years of Informatica MDM (Hub and IDD/Entity 330)
3+ years of expertise in Informatica MDM Hub Match and Merge rules, batch jobs and batch groups.
3+ years of experience in configuring Entity base objects, Entity Types, Relationship base objects, Relationship Types and Profiles using Hierarchy tool

Experience in building solution architecture, data pipelines and technical workflows.

Must have hands-on experience across the various phases of a typical MDM solution - data profiling, data integration, validation, cleansing, standardization, matching, consolidation etc.

Proven experience in working with various MSM components and configuring MDM solutions.

Strong understanding of Data Integration, Data Quality, Data Architecture and Master Data Management, Project Life Cycle phases, best practices, and processes

Good analyzing & troubleshooting skills and make recommendations for business needs and conflict remediation

Good communication skills and networking skills to interface and coordinate with technical and non-technical teams both internal/external

Roles & Responsibilities

Clean and scrub data from various sources to implement MDM information into IDQ, and integrate golden records into EDW, Dimension, and FACT tables.

Designing & implementing MDM strategies, policies, and procedures

Managing and governing master data across the organization to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to establish data standards and ensure adherence to data policies. Understanding of strategic data and IT solutions

Utilize your expertise in Informatica MDM (Profiling and Mastering) and MDM Hub Configuration to configure and customize the MDM solution.

Doing independent research, analyzing, and present capabilities and alignment with current solution.





Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Informatica suite of products

Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), Data Warehousing, Data Governance, and Data Quality principles.

Experience working with Informatica MDM and Governance tools in an enterprise environment.

Hands-on experience collaborating with data engineering teams to manage large-scale data projects.

Proficient and experience to work in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Strong ability to translate complex data requirements into clear business cases and product features.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align business and technical teams.
