Role: Continuous Improvement Data Analyst
Location: Houston, TX, USA, 77002 (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months
Overview: The Continuous Improvement Data Analyst will partner with business stakeholders to develop actionable data solutions that enhance decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves leading projects throughout their lifecycle while ensuring data quality and optimizing data processes.

This role involves leading projects throughout their lifecycle while ensuring data quality and optimizing data processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to scope initiatives, gather requirements, and define actionable data solutions
- Lead and support projects across the full lifecycle, including planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery
- Assess and improve data quality by identifying gaps, validating sources, and implementing controls to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Develop and optimize data pipelines, queries, and workflows to improve efficiency and accessibility
- Create impactful reporting and analytical solutions that support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts
- Integrate data from diverse sources while aligning with enterprise data architecture and standards
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization using Power Platform and related technologies
- Maintain clear documentation of data processes, business logic, and solution design to ensure scalability and sustainability
- Partner with cross-functional teams on initiatives with varying levels of complexity and automation
- Translate technical concepts and data insights into clear, actionable information for diverse business audiences
- Respond to data inquiries and support stakeholders in data-driven decision-making
- Work independently and collaboratively while aligning with organizational strategy and continuous improvement goals
- Intermediate to advanced expertise in data analysis, data modeling, and data management
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and experience with relational databases
- Proficiency in SQL or other data/query languages
- Advanced Power BI experience, with a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Creative mindset with a commitment to high standards for formatting, design, and usability in reporting solutions
- Ability to design scalable data solutions and document processes effectively
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a data analysis role, with a focus on process improvement, automation, and/or KPI reporting
- Experience developing custom Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
- Familiarity with enterprise data lake strategies and modern data platform solutions
- Experience with ETRM systems (e.g., Endur)
- Knowledge of commercial LNG operations or energy trading environments
