Title: IT Business Analyst
Location: Remote(EST)
Duration: 7+ Months Contract 
 
IT Business Analyst will support the implementation of the Loftware Enterprise Cloud labeling solution across multiple sites. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to deliver Print-on-Demand labeling and SmartFlow artwork management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and IT.
• Document As-Is and To-Be business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Maps, Data Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Support label template analysis, standardization, and migration to Loftware Enterprise Cloud.
• Define integration requirements between Loftware and systems such as SAP/ERP, PLM, and databases.
• Document data mappings, business rules, and interface requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement reviews, and sign-offs.
• Support UAT planning, test scenario creation, defect management, and validation activities.
• Assist with training, change management, go-live, and hypercare support.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise software implementations.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Loftware, NiceLabel, or similar enterprise labeling solutions.
• 5+ years of experience with Print-on-Demand labeling and enterprise labeling architectures.
• Strong experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Maps, and Functional Requirements.
• 5+ years of experience defining integration requirements involving SAP/ERP, PLM systems, and databases.
• 5+ years of experience with data mapping, data flows, source-to-target mapping, and business rules documentation.
• 5+ years supporting UAT, test scenario development, defect tracking, and validation activities.
• 5+ years supporting large-scale, multi-site enterprise implementations.
• 7+ years of stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience with Loftware Enterprise Cloud.
• 3+ years of SmartFlow, artwork management, approval workflow, or change-control system experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or other GxP-regulated environments.
• Experience with template migration, consolidation, or standardization initiatives.
• Familiarity with regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements.
• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or related Business Analysis certifications are a plus.
