Job Title: Scrum Master III
Duration: 12 months
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)
 
Summary:

• Scrum Master leading 2 to 3 teams for value creation plan for TDS 

Must-Have Skills:

• Scrum master exp in a scaled agile context- 5 plus years 
• Worked in a software development context  (preferably outside of an FI) – 5 plus years
• Jira
• Scaled agile ceremonies and concepts

Nice-To-Have

• Familiar with different agile systems such as Kanban
• Experience with systems or design thinking

Required Education:

• Undergrad degree is nice to have

Required Experience:

• Atleast 5 years experience

Preferred Background:

• Experience operating as a scrum master in a scaled agile context
• Worked in a software development context – preferably outside of an FI
