Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Manager is accountable for managing a sales territory, hiring, developing inside sales representatives, and implementing a territory sales plan leveraging high-velocity selling motions. This position focuses on coaching and developing sales talent, creating a demand generation plan to achieve quota, and driving operational excellence with KPIs and continuous improvement plans. This role focuses on [HCM products in the Core Sales, Human Resource Service Sales, and Major Market Sales] organizations but can refer to other business units.
 
Responsibilities:-
  • Responsible for leading the Human Capital Management Inside Sales team.
  • Manages the achievement of corporate objectives and sales quotas within budgeted financial guidelines.
  • Recruits, interviews, and hires job applicants and conducts performance reviews, coaching, and mentors inside sales representatives to enhance their selling skills and ensure consistency to improve sales representative performance. Initiates, participates in and supervises ongoing training of assigned sales representatives in technical knowledge, competitive knowledge, and sales skills knowledge.
  • Manage and supervise daily activities and KPIs of the inside sales team and direct sales staff to meet or exceed corporate goals. Monitors attainment versus forecast and takes corrective action when necessary.
  • Identify potential management candidates and bring them to the attention of the Zone Manager – the ISM is accountable for the promotion path of their reps.
  • Projects create a positive image by representing the corporation to clients and the community.
  • Ensures accuracy of weekly activity reports, audits commission, and expense reports.
  • Fosters a culture of proactivity, resilience, and accountability.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant field - Required
  • 4 years of experience in Sales as high performer.
  • 1 year of experience in Sales Leadership.
  • 1 year of experience in Inside Sales.
  • 1 year of experience in HCM industry.
  • Business Administration - Preferred
  • Inside Sales Management - Preferred
  • Selling Techniques - Preferred
  • Operational Excellence - Preferred
