Job Title: Senior Associate, US Marketing & Operations
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of extension depending upon business requirements and performance)

Job Description:
  • In this role, you will play a critical part in managing core operational responsibilities for the brand while contributing to marketing initiatives that advance our brand’s strategic priorities.
  • As a vital member of the team, you will report directly to the Brand Strategic Planning & Operations Sr. Manager (SPO), playing a key role in navigating the team through a critical window of opportunity for impact. 
  • Seamless cross-functional collaboration is essential in this role as you partner with marketing leaders across Repatha omnichannel, cardiovascular, primary care, health systems, and patient disciplines to drive critical work forward and maintain pace in a highly dynamic market.
  • Integration across Marketing, MAC, Sales, Medical, PAR, and Commercial Insights, among others will be required to deliver impactful work. 
  • Success in this role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to support the successful delivery of a broad range of strategic, operational, and commercial initiatives. An ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and confidently takes ownership of projects while navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:?
Label Updates & Asset Management
  • Serve as project lead for indication and label update implementation across promotional and educational materials
  • Monitor label implementation activities and proactively resolve questions, risks, and stakeholder feedback 
  • Proactively track and manage label assets, ensuring version control and compliance 
  • Lead coordination of creative refreshes and asset re-skins associated with approved label changes
  • Maintain comprehensive tracking, documentation, and version control across impacted materials
  • Partner closely with MAC regulatory and legal teams to proactively address risks and ensure updates are completed ahead of required deadlines 
 
Print Fulfillment & Inventory
  • Oversee print fulfillment operations, including warehouse coordination and asset management 
  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking across all materials (e.g., organization Parts) 
  • Manage operational and T3 inventory in partnership with cross-functional teams and vendors
 
Strategic Planning & Operations
  • Partner directly with brand SPO to drive execution across high-priority business initiatives
  • Lead planning and execution of collaboration weeks, team engagement activities, and key meetings, including agenda development, stakeholder coordination, logistics, and follow-up actions
  • Enable planning and execution of key launch readiness activities, partnering across functions to ensure successful delivery of business-critical milestones
 
Marketing Execution
  • Track and execute key deliverables associated with device optimization 
  • Lead distribution of Sales Marketing Communications 
 
Potential Additional Scope:
Strategic Planning & Operations 
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and materials supporting strategic planning, leadership discussions, and key business initiatives
  • Manage comprehensive timelines and tracker of workstreams and priority projects  
  • Support organizational effectiveness through coordination of communications, recognition programs, onboarding materials, organizational resources, and other operational priorities
 
Marketing Execution
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives and compliance standards.
  • This role requires an understanding of the broader healthcare industry, marketing trends, and digital technologies
  • Support execution of key field-facing initiatives, including Semester & FIT Meetings
  • Serve as content owner as needed, guiding assets through MAC review and approval
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree and 1 year of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
OR
  • Associate’s Degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
OR
  • High school diploma/GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
 
 
Preferred Qualification:
  • Solid marketing acumen with a grasp of marketing strategy, market research, brand positioning, and tactical plan development
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with an eye for detail?
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication?skills;?ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels?
  • Highly adaptable with a growth mindset, thrives in fast-paced environment and embraces change?
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Comfort engaging internally with field sales teams and externally with HCPs
  • Experience with MAC review processes and partnering seamlessly across Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and Compliance
  • Track record of disciplined budget management
