Job Title: Associate Designer
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months

We are seeking a Concept Design Contractor to support the development and execution of seasonal concept work for the our Female business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct trend and market research across fashion, retail, culture, and competitive brands.
• Support development of seasonal themes, big ideas, key items, and trend reporting.
• Create compelling mood boards, trend decks, and concept presentations.
• Assist in translating macro trends into customer-relevant concepts through the our brand lens.
• Support concept content creation and delivery across multiple seasons.

Qualifications:

• Fashion design degree + proven concept experience in industry - 5 to 10 years+
• Strong aesthetic sense with an understanding of trend, color, and fashion concepts.
• Experience creating clear and inspirational presentations and mood boards.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Understanding of concept development from trend research through seasonal storytelling.
