Job Description
Objective of the Assignment
Provide
hands-on HR support
to:
Set up HR operations locally
Support recruitment and onboarding
Ensure compliance with Costa Rican labor law
Interface with payroll, EOR, and benefits providers
Scope of Services
HR setup & compliance
Recruitment coordination
Onboarding management
Payroll & benefits coordination
HR operations & documentation
Deliverables
HR operational framework implemented
Onboarding of first SSC hires completed
Payroll/EOR coordination operational
Compliance documentation in place
Transition readiness to direct employment
Profile Requirements
Strong experience in
HR setup / new entity creation
Experience in
SSC / shared services environment
Knowledge of
Costa Rican labor law
Experience with
EOR + payroll + vendors
Spanish (fluent) / English (professional)
