Objective of the Assignment

Provide hands-on HR support to:

• Set up HR operations locally
• Support recruitment and onboarding
• Ensure compliance with Costa Rican labor law
• Interface with payroll, EOR, and benefits providers

Deliverables

• HR operational framework implemented
• Onboarding of first SSC hires completed
• Payroll/EOR coordination operational

• Transition readiness to direct employment

Profile Requirements

• Strong experience in HR setup / new entity creation
• Experience in SSC / shared services environment
• Knowledge of Costa Rican labor law
• Experience with EOR + payroll + vendors
• Spanish (fluent) / English (professional)
