Position Title: Associate Manufacturing Operator - 2nd Shift
Work Location: Marana, AZ, 85653
Assignment Duration: 12 Months
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Work Schedule: 2:00AM to 10:30PM, M-F

Position Summary:
Assemble products following specifications. Ensure quality control during assembly. Maintain production efficiency.

Background & Context:
This is an onsite, 2nd shift position in a regulated manufacturing environment for The Organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble products following specifications
• Ensure quality control during assembly
• Maintain production efficiency
• Operate tools and machinery safely
• Report issues to supervisors
• Cross train on multiple stations
• Runs automated systems/equipment and sequences of operation, including: equipment setup, operation, and cleaning; monitoring and performing basic troubleshooting.

Qualification & Experience:
• 0–5 years of experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Willing to collaborate and work in a team environment
• Proficiency in industry tools/software
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment.

Education:
• Highschool diploma or GED
• Associates degree is preferred but not required

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
This is truly a second shift position. Candidates must be willing to work 5-10 hours of OT/week as needed. Candidates must also be willing to work 2 Saturdays/month if production demands require it. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs.
