Work Model: Mon, Tues, Thurs in office / Weds, Fri from home
 
Overview
Project Managers own project launch, planning, control, and delivery against timeline and budget metrics for assignments within their area of responsibility. This role requires strong project planning capabilities to ensure timelines and budgets are met, along with effective management of project execution, risks, and communication.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Perform effective project planning to meet timelines and budget targets
• Manage project execution in alignment with established plans, ensuring schedule and budget adherence
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Gather, analyze, and communicate project status clearly and consistently to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project and program delivery
• Demonstrate expertise within the assigned business area
• Manage projects/programs of appropriate size and complexity
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• 3–5 years of project management experience
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

 
Preferred/Standout Qualities

• Self-motivated and proactive; does not require constant direction
• Comfortable asking questions while remaining mindful of stakeholders’ time
• Highly organized with strong project management fundamentals
