Description:
Marketing Experience Delivery Coordinator (Contractor)

As part of the Marketing Technology (MarTech) team, this role focuses on delivery coordination of digital experiences—owning the day-to-day orchestration of experience creation, review/approval, publishing, and launch readiness. You will partner with Marketing stakeholders, content authors, compliance/approvers, and delivery partners to ensure experiences move through workflow processes efficiently, risks are surfaced early, and launches happen on time with high quality.

Key Responsibilities –

Experience Workflow & Launch Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate end-to-end experience delivery across creation, editorial review, compliance/approval, publishing, QA, and launch—ensuring work moves through defined gates with clear entry/exit criteria.

• Build and maintain detailed delivery plans and production schedules (workback plans, milestones, cutover/run-of-show) for site experiences and releases.

• Manage intake and prioritization of experience requests; confirm required inputs (content, assets, metadata, tagging, routing) and ensure readiness before entering production.

• Track dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions (RAID) across Marketing, technology and approval partners; proactively escalate blockers and drive timely resolution.

• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, daily/weekly status cadences, and stakeholder updates; ensure alignment on scope, sequencing, and launch readiness.

• Partner with content authors, UX, and platform teams to validate publishing requirements (templates, components, CMS constraints) and confirm experiences meet quality, accessibility, and compliance standards prior to go-live.

• Support launch execution and post-launch stabilization by coordinating checklists, monitoring, and follow-ups; capture learnings and refine playbooks, templates, and processes for continuous improvement.

Change Management & Operational Readiness

• Assess and document change impacts to content teams and stakeholders (process, roles, tools, governance) and translate them into actionable plans.

• Create and maintain operating artifacts (SOPs, checklists, workflows, templates) that enable repeatable experience production and launch.

• Support communications and enablement for new publishing processes and AI tooling; coordinate office hours and feedback loops to improve adoption.

• Promote disciplined governance and documentation so teams have clarity on decision rights, approval routing, and escalation paths.

What you have

To be successful in this contractor role, you bring proven project management and delivery coordination expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to drive progress in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience coordinating delivery for digital experiences (web, CMS, marketing platforms), including content creation workflows, reviews/approvals, publishing, and launch execution.

• Proven project management skills with the ability to build integrated plans, manage dependencies, and maintain rigorous status/RAID tracking; familiarity with Agile ways of working and release coordination.

• Highly detail-oriented with strong quality instincts—able to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining accuracy in requirements, checklists, and publishing details.

• Proactive and self-motivated: independently identifies gaps, anticipates risks, drives follow-through, and keeps work moving without needing close supervision.

• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills (written and verbal), with comfort coordinating across Marketing, engineering, and governance/approval groups.

• Experience supporting change management (process transitions, new tools, training/support) and ability to remain adaptable as priorities, scope, or workflows evolve.

• Proficiency with common delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence/SharePoint, Excel/Smartsheet, Teams) and comfort learning new platforms quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting large-scale web projects, platform migrations, or modernization programs; comfort coordinating across multiple release tracks.

• Working knowledge of modern web stacks (e.g., React, Next.js) and how componentized design systems and templates impact content production and publishing.

• Hands-on experience with CMS or content platform programs (including headless CMS concepts, DAM integrations, tagging/metadata, routing/approvals).

• Experience operating in regulated industries where workflow, approvals, and compliance requirements shape publishing and release practices.

• Ability to create lightweight governance and scalable playbooks that improve throughput and predictability for experience delivery.
