We are seeking Technicians for Reverse Logistics operation in Greencastle, PA. Our mission is to manage and scale information technology asset disposition (ITAD) services for used electronics through secure, environmentally sustainable practices that support asset recovery, reuse, recycling, and circular economy initiatives.
Position Overview
This role centers on hands-on physical labor—lifting, moving, de-manufacturing, and loading/unloading equipment—as part of its primary function. While basic technical tasks such as inventory tracking, following SOPs, and component identification are required, candidates should understand that repetitive physical work forms the core of daily responsibilities. Success depends on a genuine comfort with this expectation and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
The Technician will work in all aspects of the Reverse Logistics Operation, including:
- Receiving, shipping, de-manufacturing, and transporting material using powered industrial trucks (PIT).
- Loading/unloading shipments and moving parts between locations.
- Frequent lifting of materials and products (safety protocols strictly followed).
- Maintaining precise records of all commodities entering and exiting the facility.
- Using knowledge to select the correct task or SOP for testing components.
- Ensuring workspaces remain clean, organized, and safe.
Key Qualifications
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and physically robust: Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently.
- Clear communication skills: Verbally and in writing—essential for documenting inventory, reporting discrepancies, or escalating issues.
- Prior experience in warehousing, reverse logistics, manufacturing, or de-manufacturing is a plus but not required. We welcome entry-level candidates who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
- Comfort with physical demands: Ability to lift, bend, and maneuver materials regularly throughout shifts.
Core Responsibilities
- Receive, maintain, and check-out parts while ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Load/unload shipments and transport parts between locations using material-handling equipment.
- Perform frequent lifting and material handling with attention to safety protocols.
- Keep meticulous records of all incoming and outgoing commodities.
- Apply knowledge to determine appropriate testing procedures and component handling.
- Maintain workspace organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Communicate effectively—verbally and in writing—to document inventory, report issues, and coordinate tasks.
