Job Description:
· Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including routing and APIs
· Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
· Experience with frontend frameworks like React and backend platforms such as Node.js or Python
· Familiarity with AWS cloud services and CI / CD tools
Responsibilities:
· Design, build, and enhance custom applications and services for Genesys Cloud CX
· Integrate AI-driven capabilities within the contact center ecosystem
· Manage the full development lifecycle, including deployment through CI / CD pipelines
