Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Duration: 1 year (possible extension)

Job Description:

The Marketing Assistant will oversee all aspects of product and equipment information loaded and maintained for the  system. Qualified candidates should have:

• Proven ability to develop communications strategies that achieve business objectives.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with great attention to detail.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and use of sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. 
• Understanding and commitment to customer and business priorities.
• Well-developed leadership qualities with an ability to create strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to highly dynamic work environment.
• Strong working knowledge of digital file formatting and organization.

Must Have:

• Design Suite: (Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)

Education/Experience Requirement:

• BA in Marketing
• Business management
