Title:IT - Business Systems Analyst V

Summary:

• Expert analyzing and reconciling large datasets, investigations to drive business requirements, decisions, and solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery
• Collaborate with business lines to analyze current state 
• and gather, analyze, and document requirements related to ALM, liquidity management, FTP, and SIRR.
• Lead requirements workshops and create artifacts such as data flow diagrams, process models, and message mapping documents.
• Assist in testing efforts through scenario definition, defect triage, and requirements traceability.
• Implement QRM platform by understanding the business objectives of Treasury pillars and ensure it aligns with business needs and objectives.
• Support the implementation of QRM-related initiatives, ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Utilize your deep understanding of QRM to address complex business challenges.
• Author user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence.
• Develop and maintain data lineage, catalogs, and control documentation to ensure transparency, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Create data and process flows using Visio, Confluence, and similar tools.
• Utilize SQL for analysis across large datasets and demonstrate understanding of big-data concepts.

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

• Diagraming skills
• Intimate use of AI 
• Proven ability to translate business rules into technology requirements and maintain traceability.
• Strong experience with SQL and data analysis across large datasets.
• Hands-on expertise in data integration, testing methodologies, and process documentation.
• Proficiency in creating data/process flow diagrams and maintaining governance artifacts.
• Solid understanding of financial products, balance sheet and interest rate risk management principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of API’s, databases, and cloud 
• Experience implementing Treasury Platform as an ALM, Liquidity Management, Stress Testing or Forecasting tool - consulting, deployment, implementation, and support.

Nice to have

• Coding exp 
• Experience with QRM or ALM vendor solutions

Degree/Level of Education: Nice to have: Computer Science, Engineering, Finance (not mandatory)

Years of Overall Experience: 5 to 10 years
