Job Description:
We’re seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) in People and Places (PPL) to lead the coordination of AI-powered HR product initiatives over a 6-month contract, from early concept through deployment. You will partner across AI strategy, data science & engineering, Insights Partners, PPL teams, and Enterprise Systems and Experience (ESE) to align teams, define clear milestones, and ensure steady progress. This is not a hands-on builder role. Your focus is on orchestrating workflows, removing blockers, and ensuring cross-functional teams move efficiently from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
Experience Level: 5-7 years Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or similar roles

Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of AI initiatives from concept through deployment
- Translate use cases into clear plans with defined milestones, owners, and timelines
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and momentum
- Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to define data requirements, review demos, and gather feedback to inform iteration
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Establish simple, effective ways of working to support execution
- Track progress and provide clear, regular updates to stakeholders
- Support the transition from prototype to production readiness
Experience Level: 5-7 years Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or similar roles
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs
- Familiarity with the AI/ML product lifecycle (data, modeling, deployment)
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and priorities
- Clear and effective communicator and facilitator with stakeholders at different levels
- Experience working on AI or data-driven products
- Experience moving work from prototype to production
- Background in product or technology-driven environments
- Familiarity with planning tools like Airtable a plus
