The Junior Data Analyst supports the Business Management team within Technology for Capital Markets & Commercial Banking by assisting with data analysis, record keeping, reporting, and various business management activities across the B2B portfolio.

- Support business management reporting requirements through data validation and analysis.
- Work with large datasets and support process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with record keeping and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document findings.
- Support stakeholder and relationship management activities.
- Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI for reporting and analysis.
- Maintain accuracy and data integrity in reporting and documentation.
- Apply business and technical knowledge to resolve issues and support business needs.
- Learn new systems, tools, and business processes as required.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data validation and analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 and Excel proficiency.
- Experience with PowerPoint and PowerBI.
- Experience working with large datasets and process improvement.
- Stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Business acumen and ability to apply technical knowledge to resolve issues.
- Collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Eagerness to learn new systems, tools, and business processes.
- Attention to detail with focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- MIS reporting and automation experience.
- Banking/Financial industry experience.
