Job Title: Project/Program Manager II
Duration: 5 months
Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid Onsite 4 days remote Friday)
 
Responsibilities:

• Get the funding plans
• work with stakeholders’ finance, start-up funding, construction to understand the estimates of the building, design funding, should be able to understand cost inputs, templates, schedules, forecasting understanding how much money comes next.
• Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.
• Oversee all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
• May require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

 
Required:

• PMP OR 5+ years exp
