Job Summary
The BCE (Brokerage, Commissions, Executions) Analyst will support the Global Market Data Services team in back-office operations related to invoice reconciliation and payment processing. This role focuses on reviewing and processing brokerage and trading-related invoices, ensuring billing accuracy, and coordinating approvals with internal stakeholders. The position offers an entry-level opportunity to gain experience in financial services and capital markets operations within a collaborative team environment. Training will be provided.

- Training period: 4 days per week
- Ongoing requirement: Minimum 2 days onsite (Wednesday and Thursday mandatory)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Log new invoices into the master inventory database (MDM Calero)
- Review invoice details including cost centers, service names, and charges to ensure billing accuracy
- Verify that invoice charges align with expected trade-related billing information
- Contact line of business (LOB) managers to confirm billing details and obtain approvals
- Process approved invoices through Coupa (SmartProcure) for payment
- Manage high volumes of invoices while meeting established timelines
- Maintain accurate records and support ongoing invoice reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with team members across Montreal and Toronto
- Participate in regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong financial, analytical, judgmental, and conceptual skills
- Ability to work effectively in complex organizational environments
- Ability to process large volumes of invoices within strict deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Working knowledge or experience with MDM (Market Data Manager)
- Working knowledge or experience with Coupa (SmartProcure)
- Previous banking or financial institution experience
- Bilingual in French and English
