Job Summary

The consultant will support the implementation of the SAP S4HANA Corporate Template for Finance and Controlling across the Menarini Group. The role involves harmonizing global template standards with local statutory requirements across multiple entities including Berlin Chemie BC and Standard Menarini Plant SMP. The candidate should have experience supporting multinational rollouts in pharmaceutical or contract manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Template Harmonization

• Execute the design and implementation of the integrated corporate template ensuring alignment across Finance, Controlling, Manufacturing PP, Quality Management QM, and Sales and Distribution SD processes.

Finance and Controlling Implementation

• Manage cost center hierarchies and profit center structures based on product family.
• Design and maintain product cost planning CO PC and actual costing using Material Ledger AVR methodology.
• Design and implement internal cost allocation cycles including assessment and distribution between cost centers and projects.

Technical Integration

• Work with SAP Process Orchestration middleware to manage bidirectional data exchange with external systems such as Tagetik consolidation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education and Experience

• Minimum 10 years of SAP FI and CO implementation experience preferably in a GxP regulated environment.
• Pharmaceutical or contract manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multinational SAP rollouts across global regions.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP S4HANA Release 2021 or higher.
• Solid understanding of Material Ledger, SKU, and actual costing using cumulative AVR methodology.
• Proficiency in configuring CO PA account based and Cost of Goods Sold splitting structures.
• Good understanding of weighted average cost concepts.
• Knowledge of WBS element cost collection and settlement processes.

Regulatory Compliance

• Understanding of computerized system validation in regulated environments.

Soft Skills

• Ability to manage cross functional requirements across Finance, Controlling, Production, and Procurement.
• Experience supporting global stakeholders across Germany, Italy, Eastern Europe, and the USA.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
