Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Networking & Wireless to lead and deliver complex networking and wireless initiatives within a Service Provider environment. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate effectively with offshore engineering and delivery teams.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in broadband, wireless, and subscriber network infrastructure, along with a strong background in technical leadership and client-facing delivery management.

This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate effectively with offshore engineering and delivery teams.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in broadband, wireless, and subscriber network infrastructure, along with a strong background in technical leadership and client-facing delivery management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of networking and wireless programs for large enterprise and service provider environments.
- Coordinate execution activities with offshore engineering, validation, QA, and vendor teams.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for onsite client stakeholders.
- Own project planning, execution tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation activities.
- Drive collaboration across firmware, cloud, networking, QA, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Translate client requirements into detailed technical solutions and execution plans.
- Ensure release readiness, quality assurance, and timely delivery of milestones.
- Support deployment, troubleshooting, optimization, and operational readiness activities.
- Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve technical or operational blockers.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with BNG / SP Edge architecture
- Experience with Ciena Benu vBNG running on VMware/UCS infrastructure
- Deep understanding of RADIUS / AAA, subscriber scaling, and load management
- Experience with provisioning systems using REST APIs
- Strong knowledge of Wireless Controllers and Access Points including:
- Ruckus AP
- Cisco Wireless Solutions
- Experience with OctoScope testing environments
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ASR 9000 platforms
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including routing, switching, and wireless infrastructure
- Experience with:
- GRE tunnels
- QoS policy enforcement
- Subscriber provisioning systems (SCPS)
Required Qualifications
- 10–12 years of experience in networking, wireless, or broadband delivery environments.
- Proven experience working within Service Provider / ISP environments.
- Strong system-level understanding of subscriber networks and wireless infrastructure.
- Experience in client-facing technical leadership or onsite project management roles.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate execution across global/offshore teams.
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivery quality and operational excellence.
