Job Title: Program Manager – Integrated Demand Planning (IDP)
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months


Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide Agile and program management support across internal functions. In this role, you will facilitate sprint planning and execution, maintain shared campaign roadmaps, and manage delivery interlocks across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational and Integrated Demand Plan (IDP) priorities.
As an Integrated Demand Plan (IDP) Program Manager, you will provide the structure, discipline, and momentum required to successfully deliver strategic initiatives aligned with business goals and objectives. You will act as a champion for Agile processes, proactively identify risks and blockers, and help teams continuously improve delivery efficiency and collaboration.
The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional collaborator, experienced in Agile methodologies, campaign execution, delivery management, and stakeholder communication.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to deliver the creation and execution of Integrated Demand Plans (IDPs)
  • Operate as part of an IDP Core Team, partnering with functional leads to ensure requirements, timelines, and outputs remain aligned to business outcomes
  • Facilitate sprint planning and execution while maintaining Agile team rhythms
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and drive consistency in work prioritization and backlog management
  • Maintain shared roadmaps and manage cross-functional delivery interlocks
  • Own program status reports, delivery dashboards, and stakeholder communications
  • Utilize and manage waterfall workbacks in Workfront and collaborative workstreams within Figma
  • Coordinate inputs and facilitate workstream kickoffs
  • Lead sprint retrospectives across the Core IDP team and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Identify project risks and implement performance tracking and measurement protocols
  • Own and maintain documentation, templates, artifacts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Continuously improve delivery processes through standardization, automation, and AI-driven efficiencies
  • Onboard teams into Agile ways of working and coach teams on Agile best practices
  • Identify, track, and escalate blockers impacting project delivery
  • Work collaboratively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
Required Qualifications
  • Program management experience 
  • Marketing or digital campaign experience 
  • Experience leading Agile ceremonies
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks
  • Workfront training and certification (certification can be obtained in the role)
  • Agile training and certification (certification can be obtained in the role)
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and project dependencies
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
