Job Description

Title: Service Representative
Duration: 6 months
Location: Toronto, ON
Schedule: 9-5 EST (Hybrid – two to three days in office - Monday & Tuesday, 2nd week Monday, Tuesday, Friday)
 
Job Description:
The Associate supports banking operations activities related to client account openings, transfers, policy review, and escalation management within a financial institution environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Support and facilitate client transfers for advisors moving financial institutions.
  • Open and set up client accounts.
  • Follow up on transfers.
  • Review policies and manage escalations.
  • Primary focus on opening client accounts and transfers.
Must-Haves:
  • Post-Secondary Education.
  • 2-3+ years previous banking operations experience; involved in account openings and transfers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Savvy with technology and data.
  • Experience in escalations and policy review.
Soft Skills:
  • Motivated to learn.
  • Interest in learning platforms.
  • Previous customer service experience.
Nice-To-Have:
  • Bilingual - French & English.
