Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Salesforce Lead Developer with strong technical expertise in Salesforce development and a passion for AI-driven innovation. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise Salesforce solutions while exploring and implementing AI/ML concepts within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires deep hands-on Salesforce development experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to deliver scalable, intelligent solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
 
Top Skills Required

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong customization expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and APIs
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration patterns
• Demonstrated interest and foundational knowledge in AI/ML concepts and frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable and intelligent solutions

 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of advanced Salesforce solutions integrated with AI capabilities
• Drive AI innovation by exploring and implementing AI frameworks, tools, and models within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Provide hands-on development, technical leadership, and code reviews to ensure scalability, maintainability, and best practices
• Mentor and guide development teams, promoting continuous learning and technical excellence
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-enhanced Salesforce solutions
• Stay current with Salesforce AI technologies such as Einstein AI, Agentforce, and emerging AI/ML trends
• Champion AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflow solutions
• Ensure solution quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to governance and development standards

 
Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, APIs, and Salesforce customizations
• Proven experience serving as a Technical Lead managing delivery and mentoring development teams
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, integration patterns, and data modeling
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and intelligent automation strategies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience delivering scalable enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions

 
Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities including Einstein AI and Agentforce
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and predictive analytics implementations
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and enterprise teams
• Strong focus on solution quality, governance, and innovation
