Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 3 days in office/2 days WFH, 8-4:30 pm Local time typically 30 minute lunch, Some flexibility as long as a full 8 hours as worked

Job Description
The Associate Master Data Analyst position within the client's QSR/FRS Enterprise Excellence team is crucial in providing day-to-day business support for our QSR and FRS Sales Divisions. As the liaison between the District field offices and the Master Data teams, the person in this role will be instrumental in maintaining smooth communication and operations. The responsibilities of this role include engaging in in daily activities that assist the sales team in creating and maintaining customer accounts, pulling and communicating service reporting, ensuring proper field alignment for our Territory Representatives, and identifying and improving gaps in our overall customer data integrity. This role is all about helping Sales maintain solid working relationships with existing customers and supporting the onboarding of new customers in a positive and timely manner. The ability to work in a team environment and build strong rapport with Sales, Sales Operations, and Master Data team members is very important.

What You Will Do:
- Create and maintain global customer data in the ITSM system through a daily store load process
- Collaborate with the Customer Master Data (CMD) team to dually maintain that data in SAP
- Pull together monthly workload reporting for the field offices to identify any gaps in headcount coverage
- Partner with the GIS team and the District offices to remap territory alignments in ITSM and the SAM system throughout the course of the month
- Compile monthly service commitment completion reports for different FRS customers
- Help execute ad-hoc data pull requests out of the ITSM system
- Provide data driven analyses and recommendations to help the business execute on objectives
- Cross-functional relationship building with Commercial Digital Solutions, finance, operations, global business services, marketing and other internal teams.
- Collaborate with other divisions of the company to support our customers.
- Partner with installation teams by ensuring accurate customer master data in our internal ERP’s
- Assist Account Managers with support of key corporate customers
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience in call center or professional business environment
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Immigration sponsorship not available for this role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience processing large amounts of data (customer reporting)
- SAP Experience
- ITSM Experience
- Familiarity with QSR and FRS business practices
- At least 1 year of experience reviewing and working with master data
- Ability to think critically and demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to be productive in both team and self-supporting environments
- Ability to present to medium or large groups
