Job Title: Technical Customer Manager – Training Program Lead - CMBU
Location: Boise, ID
Duration: 06 Months
 
Job Description:
  • As a contractor within the Technical Customer Manager team this opportunity is focused on training and collateral alignment within the Cloud Memory Business Unit (CMBU).
  • You will define, drive, and coordinate training and collateral needs through the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process and through other training forums.
  • You will support Cloud and Hyperscale data center training efforts across a comprehensive range of DRAM, LPDRAM, and HBM based memory products and solutions. This role ensures that all stakeholders are aligned on what content is needed, who will create it, and when it will be delivered.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
Define and Align Needs:
  • Establish training and collateral requirements for Product Lifecycle Management milestones and periodic training requests.
  • Maintain a clear roadmap of deliverables and ownership.
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work across Sales, FAEs, Business Units, and Engineering teams to gather input and validate needs.
  • Facilitate alignment meetings to confirm responsibilities and timelines.
 
Execution and Accountability:
  • Assign content creation and presentation responsibilities to appropriate teams.
  • Track progress and ensure readiness for scheduled delivery dates.
 
Process Integration:
  • Embed training and collateral planning into Product Lifecycle Management workflows for consistency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
 
Qualifications and Education:
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management processes and enterprise training tools.
  • Strong background in creating and delivering technical training programs.
  • 5-10 years of work experience in instructional design, training, organizational development, Learning & Development or a related field with a focus on the semiconductor or related high-tech industry.
  • Experience with server system architecture, data center design, Memory device design, applications engineering or technical sales are a plus
  • Undergraduate degree or higher.
  • Travel up to 10%-20% may be required
