Job Title: Mechanical/Process Engineer  Job Duration: 6 Months (Possibility to extend) Job Location: North Reading, MA We're looking for an outstanding process engineer who combines strong technical and analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to get the right things done quickly and effectively. This person will be responsible for supporting the introduction and production ramp of 2 new products at our BOS12 manufacturing facility across various process and manufacturing/mechanical engineering tasks. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in process engineering suited for both early-stage prototype builds and production-level assembly, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment driven by aggressive timelines and steep production ramp requirements. REQUIRED SKILLS • BSc/MSc in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or equivalent • Knowledge of MCAD software 3D modeling and 2D drafting • Experience designing mechanical tooling and fixtures for assembly processes • Experience with rapid prototype assembly • Experience with production tooling • Experience in project management • Strong communication and writing skills PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience using Agile for PLM • Solidworks for 3D modeling and 2D drafting • Mechanical stack-up analysis • Structural Load Analysis • Use of engineering project management software such as JIRA, Agile, or other Agile tools
