MarkLogic Onsite need for MLCOE project Manager, AEI Claims team, MarkLogic deliverables Ensure design & development of MarkLogic integration and deliverables completion on time. Review the created designs and scripts, suggest improvements & changes Work with MarkLogic COE for design review and suggestions Provide periodic status updates to customer leadership
Experience: 10 to 14Yrs
Required Skills: MarkLogic, NoSQL, MarkLogic Administration

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of project components.
- Oversee the development and implementation of NoSQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Manage MarkLogic Administration tasks, ensuring systems are maintained and updated according to best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the integrity and security of data systems.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate project outcomes and deliverables, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and enhance project efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the program.
- Utilize technical expertise in NoSQL and MarkLogic to drive project success and contribute to the organizations technological advancement. Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in NoSQL database management and administration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MarkLogic Administration, with a strong understanding of system architecture and functionality.
- Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have a proven track record of successful project management in a hybrid work environment.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of database management.
- Display a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate and address challenges effectively.
- Hold a bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
