Title: Analyst, Business Systems I
Location: Columbia, SC (Partial Onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Onsite and as Needed)
Duration: 11 + months Contract to Hire

• Credit Check must be processed during pre-screens.
• C2 Eligibility Required

 
Day to Day:
Capturing and document business requirements for PGBA systems. Documenting and capturing requirements. Walking through with customer. Partnering with the development team to understand the requirements to be delivered. Must understand claims processing

Required Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other job related field. or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other job related degree

The Team:

• PGBA Systems Capturing and documenting all business requirements for claims processing.
•  Manage all defect and trouble shooting Work closely with client organization to ensure customer requirements are delivered to customer expectation.
• Family environment

Required Work Experience:

• 2 years of IT business analysis experience.

 
Nice To Have:

• Operations and Claims Process experience (nice to have)

Preferred Work Experience:

• Job related experience with government business.
