Role: Senior Product Manager

What you’ll do

• Own and drive the self-serve conversion strategy and roadmap on XYZ.com, prioritizing opportunities grounded in funnel data, user behavior, and to drive incremental revenue
• Run experiments end-to-end including opportunity sizing, brief writing, hypothesis definition, QA coordination, launch decisions, ramp management, experiment integrity monitoring, and results readout
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Program Managers, Analytics, Brand, and PMM to align on priorities and ship high-quality web experiences that drive conversion
• Drive AI-powered growth initiatives on xyz.com, including evaluating and launching new agentic product surfaces, defining the end-to-end user experience, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure quality, scalability, and conversion impact
• Define tracking and attribution requirements with Engineering and Analytics to ensure clean, actionable funnel data
• Communicate roadmap progress, experiment results, and strategic bets clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

 Required Skills:

• 8+ years of web and/or product management experience with a strong focus on product-led growth and self-serve conversion rate optimization
• Proven track record of driving measurable impact on growth metrics such as activation, conversion, upgrades, and revenue
• Strong data fluency, comfortable working with analytics tools and pulling your own insights to size opportunities
• Experience running rapid experimentation cycles and translating results into actionable next steps
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset, scrappy, curious, and energized by fast-paced environments with short feedback loops
• Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software industry is a strong plus.
