Overview:
The Global Supply Chain Digital Platform Organization is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Kinaxis Business Owner Team as a Supply Chain Manager
The role is primarily responsible for ensuring alignment of business requirements and system designs to meet current and future needs. Partner with the Planning, Operations and Project Management Teams to support business case assessments for process and system improvement opportunities. Support day-to-day operations and obtain an understanding of the 'to-be' business process to assist and advise in the alignment of technology to facilitate these business processes. Troubleshoot, analyze, develop conclusions and make recommendations on a variety of complex supply chain planning system related issues. Prepare documentation impacting major projects, maintain and demonstrate knowledge of resources throughout multiple department/functional areas, facilitate process mapping sessions, collect user requirements and drive consensus building on planning system enhancements.
Experience as a participating team member on major business process improvement initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry; strong reporting and analysis skills; strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities; demonstrates an urgency to achieve goals and can be relied upon to deliver results; ability to synthesize multiple data sets and sources of information, distill key points drawing practical conclusions translating into strong business cases and clear requirements.
ASCM CPIM/CSCP and or Kinaxis certification preferred.
Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree or Master’s degree and 2 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience or Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience or High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience

Business Analysis and Network Collaboration:
- Consultative role on business support areas, develop business impact measurements to facilitate prioritization of system enhancement work.
- Partner with technical support teams to support planning across the network address planning and system issues and enhancement requests.
- Facilitate system design, solution testing, and implementation activities including documenting functional user-requirements and providing timely updates to management.
- Provide early identification of planning and system issues, and establish the path for escalation and ownership of decision making.
- Champion use of analytics and Operational Excellence principles to support process improvement and adoption of new processes/capabilities.
