Job Description
Location: Guaynabo, PR
Salary: $50k a year
Responsibilities:
- Provide development support for employees in partnership with management.
- Define employee development goals related to behavioral, managerial, and leadership skills.
- Recommend development actions using evaluations, training, coaching, and other resources.
- Conduct career assessments periodically or upon request.
- Define professional development objectives for employees within the organization.
- Create training paths aligned with organizational evolution and business needs.
- Support employees during job transitions, including resume preparation, interview preparation, and job posting analysis.
- Provide support to employees when workplace or transition issues arise.
- Manage workforce mobility processes within the assigned scope.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels while complying with company diversity and HR policies.
- Promote transparency, fairness, and integrity in internal mobility processes.
- Coordinate internal mobility activities, including job postings and candidate selection.
- Support and advise managers in their role as manager-coach.
- Lead and support people review discussions.
- Develop talent pools for each métier or business area.
- Assist managers in creating individual training and development plans.
- Assess employee potential for HP/HPG program consideration while supporting diversity initiatives.
- Advise managers on organizational issues, interpersonal relationships, and psychosocial risks.
- Evaluate workforce skills against organizational needs and future business requirements.
- Support medium- and long-term workforce planning initiatives.
- Identify and support external recruitment needs.
- Implement and support HR policies related to employee development and performance programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in job weighting and career path development processes.
- Serve as the primary HR liaison for managers within the assigned scope.
- Support implementation of Talent Development campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop tools and resources to support employee and manager development.
- Support oversight of the company’s training center programs.
- Ensure the annual training plan is properly deployed and monitored throughout the year.
- Generate and monitor KPIs related to talent development activities.
- Support the Better Together company project and Manager Coach initiatives.
- Conduct internal coaching, development campaigns, and continuous employee follow-up.
- Help employees develop into well-rounded professionals.
- Manage Individual Career Review processes.
- Manage Individual Training Plans.
- Support managers in developing effective coaching and leadership skills.
- Deploy HR campaigns and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure consistent HR practices across métiers and business areas.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced and multigenerational environment.
- Travel frequently as required to support business operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, or a management-focused environment.
- Strong ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
