Job Title: Test Technician
Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: 6 months
Shift: 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM PST (Mon–Fri)
 
Job Summary
We are looking for a Test Technician to support semiconductor and RF testing operations. This is an entry-level role focused on executing test procedures, troubleshooting basic issues, and assisting with test equipment setup in a lab environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute test plans and report results/issues
• Assist in setting up and operating test equipment
• Load and run test programs/builds
• Perform routine calibration and maintenance of equipment
• Support basic repairs on test systems
• Troubleshoot routine testing issues and escalate when needed
• Document test results following standard procedures
• Collaborate with team members and provide status updates
• Support deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

 
Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in:
  • Semiconductor testing, OR
  • RF testing, OR
  • Related technical field

 
Preferred Skills

• Exposure to debugging and testing workflows
• Familiarity with lab/test environments
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Teams

 
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• 100% onsite role
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs.
• No driving or forklift requirements
