Job Title: Senior Test Technician
Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite – Building M, 5525 Morehouse Dr)
Duration: 6 months
Shift: 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM PST (Mon–Fri)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Test Technician to support semiconductor and RF testing operations. This role involves executing test plans, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining test equipment in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute test plans and report results/issues
• Set up, operate, and maintain specialized test equipment
• Load and run test programs/builds
• Perform routine calibration and maintenance of equipment
• Conduct basic repairs on test systems when needed
• Debug and troubleshoot testing issues; escalate complex problems
• Document test results and follow standard procedures
• Collaborate with team members and communicate status updates
• Support project deadlines and adapt to changing priorities

 
Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2.5+ years of experience in:
  • Semiconductor testing, OR
  • RF testing, OR
  • Related technical field

 
Preferred/Relevant Skills

• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and testing workflows
• Familiarity with test environments and equipment
• Basic knowledge of tools like Microsoft Teams

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• 100% onsite role
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
• No driving or forklift requirements
