Job Description:
Role Summary
The Digital Marketing team is seeking a contract professional to support email channel management and campaign execution from May through November. This role will provide critical support across multiple email marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, journeys, and platform operations during a temporary leave period.
The contractor will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of email marketing programs, including campaign builds, stakeholder coordination, quality assurance, and performance tracking. This individual will work cross-functionally with internal marketing teams, creative partners, and external vendors to deliver high-quality, compliant, and timely email communications.
Key Responsibilities
• Support execution of email marketing campaigns across multiple business lines, including newsletters, nurture journeys, client retention programs, and service communications
• Assist in content development and campaign setup, including compiling assets, building link matrices, and coordinating with creative and production teams
• Execute and support email builds within Stensul, including QA testing, approvals, and final deployment readiness
• Manage campaign workflows, timelines, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery across concurrent projects
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs across Brand, Compliance, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and approvals
• Support email journey development, including briefing materials, sequencing, and measurement planning
• Assist in list intake coordination, audience targeting setup, and campaign tracking implementation
• Conduct QA testing and validation across templates, links, personalization, and rendering to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support reporting processes by compiling campaign performance data and preparing insights for stakeholders
MUST HAVE Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or campaign execution
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in QA/testing and campaign execution
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including QA, compliance, and performance tracking
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and managing concurrent projects
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field
? Locate candidates with degrees first. If we cannot source for one, equivalent work experience is enough.
• Experience working with email marketing platforms (e.g., Stensul, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools)
o would be able to demonstrate/train what skills in the platforms are needed. If helpful, our team isn’t actively coding or deploying the emails, but will access some platforms as part of the review process.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
o for excel, we have to build out tables that show what images or words include hyperlinks, use to help build out tracking codes, etc. For Powerpoint, we often put creative and information into decks to submit for SMRU review
