Job Description
You will serve as the operational "engine" for two critical pillars: Compliance Operations (75%) and Partner Business Process Operations (25%). This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives on "getting things done," maintains unwavering data integrity, and is looking for a career path toward business process design, system implementation, and large-scale program management.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Operations (75% Focus)
-
Compliance Training & Systems: Manage the data, systems, and processes to ensure every training initiative is measurable, technically sound, and optimized for maximum efficiency.
-
Exceptions Processing: Manage the intake queue, ensure all request forms and approvals are complete, and meticulously log all final decisions.
-
Monitoring & Auditing: Manage the Ongoing Monitoring Framework (controls, dashboards, and alerts); perform the first-pass review on all automated flags and manage the logistics of the audit process with key stakeholders.
-
Program Tracking: Oversee partner program compliance dashboards to track status by partner.
Partner Business Process Operations (25% Focus)
-
Process Execution: Execute day-to-day operational activities across the partner lifecycle to support the Partner Business Process Architecture team.
-
Operational Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and documentation within Salesforce and PRM environments.
-
Data Integrity: Perform data entry, auditing, and reporting to ensure internal systems remain the "single source of truth."
-
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for partners and internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure program deadlines are met.
-
Evolutionary Growth: As you master execution, you may have the opportunity to assist with process design and system implementation projects.
Basic Qualifications
-
Experience: Prior experience in Partner Ecosystems, Compliance Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
-
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Salesforce (PRM experience is a significant plus), Smartsheets, and Google Suite.
-
Analytical Rigor: Exceptional organizational skills with an unwavering attention to detail and data accuracy.
-
Problem Solving: A creative problem-solver with a "bias for action"—someone who values structure but understands the need for agility in a fast-paced environment.
-
Self-Starter: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking full ownership of assigned tasks.
Critical Success Factors
-
Adaptability: The ability to pivot between compliance monitoring and business process support without losing momentum.
-
Process Mindset: You don't just follow a checklist; you look for ways to make the checklist more efficient and scalable.
-
Communication: Clear, concise communication skills to bridge the gap between technical requirements, compliance standards, and partner needs.
-
Ambition: A desire to grow from an executor of daily tasks to a strategic designer of global systems and programs.
