We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Automation & AI Specialist to design and build automation workflows and AI-powered solutions that improve marketing efficiency and scale. This role is focused on execution—developing end-to-end solutions that integrate across tools, data sources, and systems.

Job Description:
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Automation & AI Specialist to design and build automation workflows and AI-powered solutions that improve marketing efficiency and scale. This role is focused on execution—developing end-to-end solutions that integrate across tools, data sources, and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy automation and AI-driven workflows across marketing use cases
- Translate loosely defined marketing needs into scalable technical solutions
- Develop end-to-end solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and output delivery
- Implement AI-powered workflows using LLMs, prompt orchestration, agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Build and connect lightweight middleware (e.g., APIs, functions, or nodes) to enable system integration
- Integrate solutions with marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, CDPs, CMS)
- Measure, iterate, and optimize solutions based on performance, adoption, and business impact
- Ensure workflows meet basic governance, privacy, and reliability standards
- Document solutions and support ongoing iteration
- 4–7+ years of experience in marketing automation, MarTech, or related technical roles
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows and integrating APIs/systems
- Experience developing AI-enabled solutions (LLMs, prompt workflows, RAG, etc.)
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Codex, Claude, Cursor, or similar)
- Familiarity with orchestration/automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, or similar)
- Experience working with structured data (databases, Airtable, or equivalent)
- Ability to build lightweight middleware or logic layers (functions, scripts, nodes)
- Comfortable working across low-code, no-code, and code-based solutions depending on the problem
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
- Experience with enterprise MarTech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Segment, Contentful, etc.)
- Basic understanding of data pipelines and system architecture
