Work Schedule: M-F 8am – 5pm
Job Description:
Marketing Specialist responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and commercialization plans for aftermarket service products.

Job Description:
Marketing Specialist responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and commercialization plans for aftermarket service products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Marketing & Go-to-Market Enablement
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for aftermarket services, including extended coverage, digital services, telematics, and fleet solutions.
- Develop marketing strategies, value propositions, and product positioning for targeted customer segments.
- Lead product launch planning and commercialization in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Create sales enablement tools, training materials, and dealer support programs.
- Drive marketing campaigns and initiatives to increase product adoption and penetration across dealer and fleet channels.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout of new service offerings.
- Market & Business Insights
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product offerings with market demand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in services or product marketing
- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Able to work cross functionally and able to define clearly the value of the service, internal marketing and sales team collaboration, can clearly convey messages
- Individual contributor but works closely with supervisor and other teams
- Knowledge on OEM extended warranty area automotive industry or service area
- Marketing exposure
- Experience with launch management
- Go to market strategy
